A chandelier by Carl-Henric Brolin, Stockholm circa 1800

For six plus one candles. Made around the year 1800 by Carl Henric Brolin and signed C.H.B..
Frame in fire-gilded bronze and brass. The center ring with decoration of lion heads mascarons, candle arms in the form of the horizontal number five. The chandelier is hung with high quality prisms in formations of pendants and garlands, at the bottom a very beautiful bowl in opal glass with a cone final and leaf arrangement.

The quality of this chandelier speaks for itself and is emphasized by the fact that Brolin chose to sign it twice, which is quite unusual.
