A pair of ormolu and cut-glass centrepieces, attributed to the work shop of Thomire, Paris circa 1810

Each in the shape of a roman tripod, three stretchers decorated with flowers and plants resting on lions paws on a triangular base. The top with three swans holding the cut-glass dish.

This model was by repute, presented by Napoleon to Count Tolstoi who was the Russian Ambassador in Paris at the time.
