A pair of ormolu candlesticks attributed to Bronzier Claude Galle, Paris early 19th century.

Of a very rare and unusual model.

The candlesticks with a hexagonal nozzle, cast with flaming torch and flowering vase above a canopy. The center with a tapering hexagonal column with reeded chevron pattern, above a spreading drapery foot with ball feet.
