A pair of candlesticks, attributed to the workshop of Pierre Philippe Thomire, Paris circa 1815.
In ormolu bronze.
Each candlestick features a tapering, fluted shaft adorned with upswept foliate motifs, rising to a quiver-form nozzle supported by a laurel wreath. The circular base is finely cast with palmette decorations.
